Noelle Hannibal is an award winning actor, singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Noelle made her professional theatre debut playing Chrissy in the 20th anniversary production of HAIR.
After her undergraduate studies, Noelle moved to Dublin, Ireland where she starred in LOCK UP YOUR DAUGHTERS (Hilaret) and toured with The Bull Alley Theatre Company. While in Dublin, she made her living as a busker which connected her with several inspirational songwriting colleagues. It was then that she began to write her own music.
After her return to Los Angeles, Noelle appeared in CHICAGO (Velma Kelly), GYPSY (Mazeppa) and MISS SAIGON (Gigi) to name a few. Film and television credits include Star Trek: First Contact, Star Trek: Voyager, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Cracker: Mind Over Murder. She has trained with The Beverly Hills Playhouse, The San Francisco Mime Troupe and renowned vocal coach Ron Anderson.
Noelle currently resides in Montreal, QC where she runs her independent theatre company, In the Wings Promotions. Select Montreal theatre credits include, CHESS (Florence), HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH (Yitzhak), TRUE LOVE LIES (Carolyn), HAIR (Sheila), LIZZIE (Emma Borden) and MERTON OF THE MOVIES (Countess). Noelle is the proud recipient of multiple BroadwayWorld Regional Theatre Awards as both an actor and producer. In 2022, she was nominated for a Montreal English Theatre Award (META) for her performance as Margaret White in CARRIE THE MUSICAL.
Noelle is not only a performer, she is also a producer, coach and director. Passionate about arts education, Noelle is Executive Director of T3 Triple Threat, a non-profit arts and education organization that is dedicated to enriching the lives of youth in need through the arts
As a musician, Noelle has recorded and performed extensively throughout both North America and Europe. She released her debut album, Somewhere in Between in 2011. Her new EP, Ain’t a Tourist, produced and co-written by her dear friend Grammy Award winner, Scot Sax (Wanderlust, Bachelor Number One) and recorded in Nashville, was released in the summer of 2023.

The First Edition of the Montreal English Theatre Awards (METAs) were held Monday night at the Rialto Theatre. Approximately 230 of the English theatre community attended this formal event. Awards were presented to professional, independent and community theatre companies.
